Starting rate of 4.15 Euro / Starting rate of 8.44 Euro,

Distance rate of 3.05 Euro per kilometer / Distance rate of 3.85 Euro per kilometer, and

Time rate of 0.50 Euro per minute / Time rate of 0.57 Euro per minute.
